This is a fun, energetic class designed to help improve flexibility, mobility, and balance. We take the physical foundations of yoga (asanas) and incorporate sports rehab/physical therapy techniques as well a bit of pilates and basic calisthenics to give you a good sweat and good stretch all in one place. The lights stay on, the music stays up, and the energy stays high.
